Batting for the Wrong Side!

When you think that Stephen Lloyd served Eastbourne and Willingdon with distinction and just because he became an Independent candidate it sent out the wrong message or did it?  Of cause not!  It can’t be helped if some people in Eastbourne are thick as two short planks to be blunt about it!  The real reason was he was honouring the people of Eastbourne and Willingdon to stand by his word to support those who voted to be out of BREXIT – of course you are going to get the argumentative type who likes to question his motives for making such a move and I think he was prepared to put himself in danger to do the right thing.  Oh so blind you people of Eastbourne and Willingdon to vote for someone whose track record has not been brilliant and never will attain great achievements.

A knife in the back attack on Stephen Lloyd is not the right attitude or what are the words I’m looking for?  Loyalty and trust he just never received, more like treachery from our two-faced voters of Eastbourne and Willingdon.  Well!  All you voters better place your hands deep into your pockets because the Conservatives are going to raise taxes in some form or other and decrease the ESSENTIAL SERVICES.  NHS Nurses and Doctors are worried people and the promise of an injection of money that had been laid on the table – has it been given?  Your guess is as good as mine!  A Conservative voter who I happen to come across shouted at me that dear old Boris had, that was just a couple of days after polling day.  He must have had inside information as all votes hadn’t been counted at that time.

I was surprised by this twit’s knowledge of zilch as by all accounts Boris was, not has, in theory given X number of billions, but the catch is they are not allowed to spend any of this fictitious money so it has been alleged, if the offer is true, which we now know for certain he’s not given the NHS anything, according to a interview recorded in today’s news.  The Tax payers will be paying more tax to cover this amount anyway and the pensioners are directly in the firing line with the imminent loss of free TV Licence Fees and anything else they can think of.  I always thought pensioners should be allowed some privileges or is it just M.P.’s and the rich that are allowed not to pay window and bedroom tax – Come on Boris do something good so that those who voted for you can say “What a great guy he is or is it a case of Pigs fly!” – A Walter Mitty existence for all of us!!!

The Conservatives have already started their reign of terror with high priced parking in Eastbourne and the surrounding districts by doubling the parking fees.  Obviously they are going to kill trade and people coming to Eastbourne for their holidays.

The buses and large lorries are going to have wings put on them so they can fly over Eastbourne so as not to pollute the atmosphere and of course if they insist on building new houses in Eastbourne they are bound to have masses of traffic on the roads.  The East Sussex County Council expect persons to travel by a non-existent bus and train service – so you can imagine having to travel to Brighton or London by train or bus – how ludicrous can you get – knocking on their coconut like heads would be of no use as I’m sure nobody will be in!

EAST SUSSEX COUNTY COUNCIL are replacing all the street lighting and it is pity they didn’t wait until these new lights became available as they were all changed in 2014 to the low lighting causing shadows of darkness – this is why Council Tax is increased because of bad planning and no foresight.  Also it has been reported that a strategicly placed street light in Abbey Road is to be removed from the foot of six uneven concrete steps because someone said it was placed on private land.  What utter nonsense as far as I know if it is on a pavement it belongs to the ESCC.

A telephone call was made to ESCC and the person who had telephoned them had asked if a risk assessment had been made or had ESCC approached the occupants of the houses that have to use these steps to discuss the situation – apparently not – I suggest a reduction in the Council Tax if the street light is removed, but also this street light hasn’t had a replacement element which is contrary to the contract that all street furniture be updated, if of course the light remains.

The above is just my opinion and anyone who wants to write to me care of the newspaper regarding the content – please do so!  Swear words are not accepted.
