Just like an exercise program or a change in your diet, you can think about it as much as you like, but that won’t get you any results.  I love training with kettlebells and riding my bike on country roads.  I can sit and look at them and think about them for hours, but until I make the choice to pick up the weights or get on the bike, I achieve nothing (although my bike is a beautiful Italian Bianchi, so just looking at it does actually give me pleasure.  Weird, I know!).
