Iain BailyIain Bayly

When only 12 years old, Iain moved out of home to stop the cycle of abuse and violence from his father.

Until 19 Iain had been in an out of home, lived on the streets and ended up having to choose a life of crime, drugs, death or start again. Iain chose to start again.

This chapter of Iain’s life has been remarkable and it shows that no matter what your beginnings were or what your current position in life is. If you are prepared to step up and face life head on. You will be rewarded beyond your wildest dreams.

Prior to starting Bayly Solutions, Iain has worked in many different industries. The most recent was serving 9 years with the Federal Government in detecting fraud, the last three years was training people in how to complete compliance reviews.

Considering Iain only holds a year 10 certificate (of which was barely passable) it goes to show that education is not always the only way to succeed. Iain laughs at his year 7-math report where it says, “Iain was only in the class on a few occasions…”

Admitting he actually does know mathematics, he says, “There is no need for me to prove that to anyone!”

Iain believes education is important but everyone learns very differently to each other and the current education system is flawed if it thinks it’s the only way to learn.

“Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.” Albert Einstein said that and he was right.

Johnny CarterJohnny Carter

Johnny Carter is not only one of Australia’s most successful entrepreneurs under the age of 40, he is also financially free.

Since starting a charter boat operation in Brisbane at age 18, Johnny has amassed a number of financial interests and companies worldwide, from herbal supplement retail and wholesale distribution chains to property developments in Saudi Arabia, plus marketing companies in Australia and South East Asia.

A self-professed self-development junkie, Johnny has completed extensive training in Neuro Linguistic Programming, quantum physics, and Science of Mind, especially given their connection to achieving success in business and in life.

In 2013, Johnny commissioned an Australia-wide online survey with CoreData Research Australia. The results indicated that the greatest barrier to people’s personal and professional success is limited belief thinking due to the fear of failure. Because of this, Johnny founded Lifestyle Advantage, an intuitive business and life coaching consultancy. Believing that your subconscious mind holds the key, he coaches people on mindset and how the Law of Attraction combined with action can be used to manifest greater wealth and success in business, relationships and life.

When he’s not coaching or mentoring upcoming entrepreneurs, this well-travelled music and Kundalini yoga devotee enjoys picking up the pace in sports cars. On the flipside, he also appreciates being beachside, from Byron Bay on the east coast of Australia, to Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. Johnny supports several national and international causes, including Unicef, One Health Organisation, Fred Hollows Foundation, World Vision, and his spiritual mentor’s Louix Dor Dempriey Foundation. He also loves supporting the arts, especially funding musical talent with their start-up enterprises, including albums. www.johnnycarter.com.au
